This Privacy Policy explains how RatedKforKidd LLC ("RatedKforKidd," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit www.ratedkforkidd.com, create an account, join our rewards or referral programs, buy from our store, or contact us.

1. Who we are

RatedKforKidd LLC is an independent streetwear brand based in Ohio, United States. We are responsible for the personal information collected through our website and store.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us:

- Orders: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), shipping and billing address, the items you buy, order notes, and order history.
- Payments: payments are processed by Wix Payments, PayPal, and the other payment providers shown at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number. We may see limited payment details, such as payment method, card type, the last four digits of a card, and whether a payment succeeded.
- Customer accounts: your login email, profile details, saved addresses, and order history.
- Rewards and referrals: your points, rewards, referral activity, and related account details.
- Forms and support: anything you send us through our website forms, by email, or through social media messages.

Information collected automatically:

- Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and general location based on your IP address. Our website platform, Wix, collects this information using cookies and similar technologies. See Section 6.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

- Process, produce, ship, and support your orders, including returns and exchanges.
- Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and replies to your messages.
- Manage your account, rewards, and referrals.
- Operate, secure, and improve our website, and prevent fraud or misuse.
- Keep business, tax, and accounting records and meet our legal obligations.

We do not currently send marketing emails or newsletters. If we start, we will update this policy and only send marketing emails as permitted by law, with an unsubscribe option in every message.

4. Legal bases (UK customers)

If UK data protection law applies to you, we rely on these legal bases:

- Contract: to process and deliver your order and manage your account.
- Legitimate interests: to run, secure, and improve our store, prevent fraud, and respond to your messages.
- Legal obligation: to keep tax and accounting records.
- Consent: where the law requires consent, such as for non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.

5. How we share information

We share personal information with service providers that help us run our store, and only as needed for the services they provide:

- Wix.com: hosts our website, store, checkout, customer accounts, rewards and referral programs, and forms. See the Wix Privacy Policy.
- Payment providers: Wix Payments, PayPal, and the other payment providers shown at checkout process payments and help prevent fraud. See the PayPal Privacy Statement.
- Printful: produces and ships our products. See Section 6 and the Printful Privacy Policy.
- Shipping carriers: Printful and its fulfillment partners give carriers the details needed to deliver your package.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels to target ads.

These providers' policies explain how they handle information. They do not replace this policy.

6. Printful and order fulfillment

Our products are printed on demand and shipped by Printful, Inc. When you place an order, we send Printful the information it needs to make and deliver it: your name, shipping address, email address, phone number (if provided), the products, sizes, and quantities ordered, and order reference details.

Printful does not receive your payment card details from us. You pay RatedKforKidd through our checkout, and we pay Printful separately for production.

When Printful handles our customers' information to fulfill orders, it acts as our service provider (data processor). Under its Data Processing Terms, Printful processes this information on our instructions and is not allowed to sell or share it. RatedKforKidd remains responsible for your information, so please contact us first with any privacy questions about your order.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies set by Wix to make the site work, such as keeping items in your cart, keeping you signed in, and securing checkout, and to help us understand how the site is used.

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, or advertising pixels.

Our website shows an Instagram feed. When it loads, Instagram (Meta) may collect information from your browser under the Meta Privacy Policy.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, your cart, account, or checkout may not work properly.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy:

- Order and payment records: as long as needed for customer service, returns, and tax and accounting requirements.
- Account, rewards, and referral information: while your account is active, or until you ask us to delete it, unless we must keep certain records.
- Messages and form submissions: as long as needed to resolve your request and keep a reasonable record of it.

When we no longer need information, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

9. Security

We use the security features of our service providers, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections on our website and checkout, and we limit who can access customer records. No website or online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

10. International customers

We are based in the United States and ship to the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom. If you order from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Privacy laws there may differ from those where you live.

Printful's Data Processing Terms include the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK equivalent for international transfers.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

- Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Object to or restrict certain uses of your information.
- Withdraw consent where we rely on it.

To make a request, email info@ratedkforkidd.com from the email address used for your order or account. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on your request. We will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights. You can also update your details by signing in to your account.

If you are in the UK, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). If you are in Australia, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.

12. Age requirement and children's privacy

Our store is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has given us personal information, contact us at info@ratedkforkidd.com and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or service providers change. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date.
